Individual Pharmacy promotion mechanics

Tiered: Buy 1 at 6% off, Buy 2 or more at 10% off. Discount applies to every SKU available at that IP's event. The bigger band exists to avoid a wide price gap for the consumer when Glyzempic is retailed at standard RSP.

The IP customer spends RM 300 or more in a single basket and gets RM 30 off the bill. Spectrum absorbs the full RM 30 per qualifying transaction. The mechanic is basket-driven, so cost scales with the number of qualifying baskets, not units.

Three GWP currencies, each with a different cost profile and a different purpose. Product GWP drives trial of a second SKU. Pouch and merchandise bottle drive brand recall and a tangible take-home, no second SKU consumed.

Two-tier voucher ladder. Spectrum absorbs the full voucher value per qualifying basket. The tiered ladder rewards larger baskets harder, which fits the higher footfall and larger basket sizes seen on member days.
